Legal regime of competition in Slovenia

The Slovenian competition law used to be recently been reformed. Slovenia is a small transition economic system characterized by robust monetary dynamics, whose competition regime in its cutting-edge form was set up in 1993. The Constitution of the Republic of Slovenia, the main legal rule in Slovenia, ensures in its Article 74 free financial initiative.
